Office Administrator

GiveLight Foundation is currently seeking a qualified Part-time Office Admin for 20-25 hours per week (5 hours a day). This position is a paid part-time addition to our staff team.

The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office ensuring efficient and effective operations and coordinating all issues affecting the daily operations of the office. The Administrator will work under the direction of the CEO and the Director of Operations & Programs to ensure the needs of the office and our members are met in a timely manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • General administrative / receptionist tasks / office management
  • Maintain existing records, files, databases, bookkeeping
  • Provide assistance with a variety of daily and periodic tasks, including donation processing, file organization, and compiling information.
  • Provide strong support in organizing events including monthly lunch, Friday Hub and other smaller events throughout the year.
  • Assist with overflow work, as needed and requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, etc.) and the ability to learn Internet applications to document, organize, and perform work assignments. 
  • Positive attitude & a Fast learner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
